Position Title: Region Manager
Position Description
Region Manager (role to include but not be limited to):
Responsibilities:
· Lead office operations of MORE Dental Solutions supported practices in the Greater Charlotte market
· Foster a positive and sustainable culture
· Actively participate in the hiring, review, performance management, and retention process
· Directly support the Office Managers and Dentists in the development and attainment of their professional goals
· Manage regional P & L
· Address operational opportunities within your assigned practices
· Motivate team members, manage conflict, and make sound business decisions
· Prioritize supported practice opportunities and issues to ensure high-quality patient care, growth, revenue, profitability, and team member needs are addressed
· Maintain a close relationship with all regional team members
· Provide timely and accurate feedback to the practices in the assigned region and the leadership team
· Comply with all company and regulatory requirements
Skills:
· Ability to analyze business reporting turning insights into action
· Develop multi-site business plan
· Identify and create recommendations / actions for the attainment of KPI’s
· Budget development and management
· Promote the professional development of supported team members
· Strong verbal and written communication
Knowledge:
· Dental Practice Management software, EagleSoft preferred
· Dental Intel
· Revenue Well
· Weave
· Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams)
· Google Docs
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or MBA
· Five years plus of dental management
· Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
· Demonstrated track record detailing leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
· High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgement
