Seeking a passionate Sales Coach within Healthcare Recruitment!
Earn a $80,000. BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Be a behind-the-scenes superhero, connecting recruitment talent with industry leading sales approach, Work from our vibrant office, coaching a team to next level results.
What You'll Do
· Conduct individual and group coaching sessions with recruiters to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored action plans.
· Provide ongoing training on modern sales techniques, including utilizing technology platforms, social media, and data analytics to optimize recruitment efforts.
· Collaborate with the recruitment leadership team to design and implement sales training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify trends, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Act as a mentor and role model for recruiters, demonstrating best practices in sales, communication, and relationship-building.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in healthcare recruitment to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the field.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of relevant Inside-Sales or Recruitment experience, Healthcare Recruitment or leadership experience preferred OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years recent success in Sales or Recruitment
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Proven track record of success in sales coaching or sales management, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching strategies to the needs and learning styles of different individuals and teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and tools, including CRM systems, social selling platforms, and data analytics.
· High level of initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

Compensation
· $80,000. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
· Weekly Pay & Monthly Commission Pay-Outs
