We’re looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 global e-commerce client. Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.
You’ll join the Product team to oversee product launches and drive customer adoption of new features through in-product content, strategic marketing and communications, customer service, and in-market/sales channels.. This contract goes until 12/31/24 + extension. The team is located in New York City, and is hybrid on-site 3-days/week.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to inform product roadmaps. Develop audience segmentation and opportunity sizing models.
- Implement customer feedback loops to integrate user insights throughout product and marketing development.
- Craft compelling product value propositions, narratives, naming conventions, and external-facing proof points.
- Oversee product launches and drive customer adoption of new features through in-product content, strategic marketing and communications, customer service, and in-market/sales channels.
- Analyze internal product-market fit metrics and synthesize customer feedback to discern key signals across the product life cycle (development, launch, optimization/expansion).
- Establish scalable best practices for product marketing, empowering all product marketers to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, leveraging qualitative and quantitative market and customer data to amplify the impact of product launches.
- Proactively manage projects while diligently measuring key success metrics.
Product Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing
- Proven ability to develop successful product and go-to-market strategies within e-commerce, advertising, payments, and/or financial services industries
- Demonstrated history of driving innovation, executing projects with excellence, and establishing new organizational structures.
- Successful track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and possessing exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with customer research methodologies.
- Experience launching new products/services and achieving market adoption success.

- To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
