Responsibilities:
- Strive to complete 30-50 successful closing annually with sales goals
- Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales
- Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction
- Serve as an intermediary between your Buyer and Seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Consistently network and market prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales
- Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career
Qualifications:
- Be a strong communicator
- Represent your clients' needs and desires to the best of your ability
- Knowledgeable in the local real estate and general trends
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Customer service experience is preferred
