What You’ll Do:As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading multiple reconstruction projects. From contract acquisition to project closeout, you'll ensure that each project meets our high standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver projects that meet our requirements for marketing, sales, schedule, budget, customer service, and quality.
- Manage a team of technicians, tradespersons, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle contracts, change orders, work orders, and vendor agreements with precision.
- Ensure project safety, quality, and client satisfaction by adhering to best practices and company policies.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours commercial losses as needed.
- Attend training seminars and weekly job review meetings to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: Have or obtain WRT, FSRT IICRC certifications, and OSHA 10 within the first year.
- Technical Proficiency: Interpret estimates, use Xactimate, and understand floor plans and construction codes.
- Communication: Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients, adjusters, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
- Project Management: Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring profitability, pace, and customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist, use hands, and reach.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Possible exposure to extreme cold and heat.
