Description:
Autowash’s warehouse manager is crucial to the appropriate flow of parts and pieces to support our ever-growing chain of car washes. As a professional, the warehouse manager is tasked with overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, including B:B and B:C customer products. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and positively manages a small team, maintains workplace safety standards, uses databases to track inventory, and ensures timely shipping of all products to hit productivity goals for their team.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency; by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

Maintain warehouse operations systems and inventory controls

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing both digital and physical inventory systems and logistics

Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

Physical Demands:

Must be able to be on their feet comfortably for six or more hours at a time

Must be able to move and lift objects in excess of 100 pounds.
