Advancing Communities Everywhere is looking for a perspective LMHP-Type or LMHP to fulfill the role of Community Based Services Clinical Supervisor for our 23-Hour Community Crisis Program. The Community Based Services Clinical Supervisor will complete supervision of a caseload of QMHP Direct Service professionals, Review and Maintain Documentation Compliance of QMHP Caseload, as well as Daily Outpatient Counseling for individuals participating in Community Stabilization Services. The Community Based Services Clinical Supervisor is required to maintain high-quality Clinical Documentation, completed in a timely manner and consistent with policies outlined in company handbook and licensure requirements. The Community Based Services Clinical Supervisor must be energetic, highly motivated and able to work well with others. The Program Supervisor also acts as a Direct Service professional in the Community-Based Setting.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be a License Eligible Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work, if not licensed as an LMHP with the state of Virginia, and have an approval letter from the Board of Health Professions. The successful candidate must be experienced in completing Clinical Service Authorizations for DMAS reimbursed Community Based services, Clinical Diagonostic Writing, and Diagnosing, Clinical Supervision in Community and BH programs, writing Individual Service Plans, submitting Service Authorizations, Prior Authorizations and have strong communication skills. Candidate must be available to complete other needed office duties in Supervision as needed, must be excellent at meeting deadlines, and must demonstrate excellent written Clinical Documentation skills.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling professions, Psychology, Human Services or related field.
Must hold experience as a QMHP-A, LMHP or License-Type as deemed by the Board of Health and Counseling Professions.
Minimum 2 years Human Services experience.
Must be knowledgeable of DMAS and DBHDS regulations and DMAS MCO providers across the network.
