Job Overview:
Seeking a diligent and welcoming Receptionist/Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients at Serious Injury Law Group. The successful candidate will manage reception duties and coordinate the initial stages of client intake.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients, providing a positive first impression of the firm.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Oversee the booking and organization of conference rooms for client meetings and internal team sessions.
- Manage client intake process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to schedule initial consultations.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
