Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative duties
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, payroll, and revenue growth
Skills:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on restaurant management
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Strong knowledge of catering, banquets, and kitchen operations
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in managing staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations
