WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Call Center & data entry experience preferred
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
-
Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
-
Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
-
Responsible for generation of DME supplies
-
Update and correct patient files during calls
-
Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
-
Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
LOCATION:

Must train in-person for 6 weeks minimum - after completed training, you will be remote
ROTATING SCHEDULE:
-
Week 1 - Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Week 2 - Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
