Field Supervisor - Coordinator
Responsibilities
Staff Management
· Train, supervise, and mentor new field staff
· Assign and delegate client cases and responsibilities to field staff based on their skills, availability, and organizational needs.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage and maintain the scheduling of field staff, ensuring proper coverage for all client cases.
- Handle changes in staff availability, and emergencies, and rearrange schedules as required.
- Manage the schedule coordination for team members on Axis care
- Updating the Certification and Evaluation for caregivers on Axis Care
Quality Assurance
- Conduct reviews of documentation submitted by team members to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Address any concerns, issues, or deviations from organizational standards promptly and effectively
Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve conflicts, challenges, and issues that arise within the field staff team.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to find solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Regulations
- Ensure that field staff members adhere to the agency policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Communication
- Act as a liaison between field staff and the management team.
- Ensure clear and effective communication among all team members, addressing any inquiries, requests, or issues in a timely and polite manner.
Reporting
- Maintain reports on service agreements, quarterly visits, and spot checks done by the team.
- Update all monthly/quarterly reports promptly for management review
- Prepare regular reports on field staff performance, client progress, and any incidents or concerns.
- Maintain an inventory of work tools assigned to team members i.e., Cars, Tablets, and phones
- Provide insights and recommendations to upper management for continuous improvement.
Training and Development
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for field staff, focusing on best practices in caregiving, safety protocols, and client communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in home care practices to incorporate into training programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
