POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Wedding Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, creating and managing compelling content, maintaining effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, referrals, Knot/Wedding Wire, and networking events.
- Input all sales leads into Tave and ensure website leads are automatically captured.
- Write engaging blogs and repurpose content for social media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Pull content from recently completed jobs to create timely and relevant content.
- Feature clients on our blog and social media to create excitement and showcase our work.
- Maintain current marketing methods and ensure they are effective and up-to-date with the latest trends and information.
- Explore and implement new ways to generate organic traffic and leads.
- Attend networking events to promote our brand and build relationships.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with wedding planners and other key partners.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email according to sales process timelines.
- Respond to all leads promptly and professionally.
- Accurately track all leads and move “no’s” out of the sales cycle.
- Ensure all leads are followed up according to established sales process timelines.
- Professionally hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with clients, especially brides, to ensure satisfaction and ask for referrals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the weddings & events sector.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing blogs and social media posts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attend networking events and build professional relationships.
- Experience with lead management software (e.g., Tave) is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to track and manage multiple leads.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
