We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Brand Engagement Manager to join our client's team in NYC!
As a Brand Engagament Manager, you will lead our client's efforts in consumer-centric brand development within the luxury segment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer insights and brand engagement. The is an awesome opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury brands.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with brand development teams to infuse consumer centricity into strategic initiatives, accelerating the international growth and development of US Luxe brands.
- Utilize analytical and synthetic skills to synthesize data and insights from various sources, informing business strategy and decision-making processes.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of brand equity, positioning, and targeting, ensuring that consumer insights are leveraged to enhance brand perception and engagement.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning within the organization, driving forward-thinking strategies and initiatives.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through clear and concise presentations, engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate seamlessly with remote and diverse teams, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in market research, psychology, sociology, or marketing.
- 6-7 years of experience in consumer research/consumer insights, with a proven track record of driving business impact through strategic insights.
- Experience in the luxury industry (e.g., beauty, clothing, travel) and familiarity with its unique codes and expressions.
- Proficiency across a range of strategic qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including brand DNA, segmentation, positioning, product testing, ad testing, and tracking studies.
- Preferred experience in supporting brand development initiatives, with a strong understanding of the brand lifecycle and key success factors.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the beauty industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and consumer preferences.
