FT based in Menlo Park overseeing the valet parking services offered to hotel and restaurant guests.
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the valet parking team.
Ensuring efficient and timely service for guests arriving and departing from the hotel.
Monitoring traffic flow and optimizing parking space utilization.
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, and scheduling valet attendants to maintain adequate coverage.
Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing training programs.
Motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and uphold hotel standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforcing safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure the security of vehicles and pedestrians.
Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Compensation:
Starting pay is $28/hour-$32/hour depending on experience + tips+ $450/monthly health care contribution + 401k match and paid time off
The weekly schedule is Tuesday-Saturday from 4 PM-10 PM, there is an option to work full time from 1 PM to 10 PM to achieve 40 hours per week.
