Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Completing A/P, some bank deposits, track and review inventory
- Assist with write up car deals and process financing and reserves
- Analyze and verify all incoming and outgoing titles according to prescribed procedures
- Provide accurate information to payroll department
- Coordinating insurance, benefits, workers’ compensation
- Preparing various other taxes and licenses throughout year
- Assist with floor plan processes
- Ensuring all office functions are performed completely and on time
- Be able to work independently and well with salesmen, clients and vendors
- Office supply upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and Adobe and use these in conjunction with various programs daily such as inventory system, online banking functions, and other online platforms
- Excellent time management, meticulous attention to details, and highly organized
- Ability to detect issues, research and ask questions so paperwork is processed accurately and timely
- Professional and courteous written and oral communication skills
- Accurate data entry and analysis
- Responsible, thorough and committed to excellent performance
- Proficient in clerical tasks and administrative duties

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
