Job Summary:
Player 15 Group is the sports, entertainment and real estate operating and investment company that owns and operates the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League) as well as operations of the downtown Phoenix arena.

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Arena Technology Operations Manager to assist team members with maintenance and project planning in the arena technology department.
What You Will Do:
- Manage a team of audio, video and network engineers
- Oversee technology maintenance and facility improvement planning
- Serve as a support engineer for concerts and other special events
What We Need From Our Arena Technology Operations Manager:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Familiarity with AV and RF systems
- Familiarity with the demands of live events
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certifications (or proven experience) in any of the following preferred: Aruba, Cisco, Q-Sys, Dante, Evertz, ETC
- Project and team management preferred

- Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
- This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
- Sedentary Work – May be required to lift 10-25lbs occasionally
- Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
