IT Specialist (Dover)
* Assists customers/end users with questions on product installation, usage, and implementation; prioritizes and responds to support requests.
* Familiar with MAC and Windows operating systems
* Windows server 2012 - 2019, Active Directory, Exchange and O365
* Diagnoses and resolves customer/end user inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, e-mail, and remote tools
* Work onsite with customer for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
* Effectively communicates customer/end user issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
* Documents all contacts, actions, and responses in applicable database.
* Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records.
* Maintains working knowledge and expertise of products and/or services.
* Assists with other customer service activities as needed including but not limited to pre-sales technical support, onsite implementation services, and training.
* Background check will be performed
Job Requirements:
* Experience-1-3 year IT related experience to include: Windows Server; Active Directory;
Window/MAC Clients; Firewall Configuration; and Back-Up Technologies.
* Must interface with client and have a strong sense for customer service.
* Must be self-starter and handle a variety of tasks.
* Experience with Windows Desktop and server Platforms
* Experience with MAC OS in enterprise environments
* Experience with Active Directory and general knowledge of Microsoft Systems.
* Experience with email servers, Exchange, Gmail Office 365 etc.
