Position: Wealth Management Technology and Operations Director Location:
- Offices in Saugus, Lynn Boston
Purpose/Objective:
- Strategically lead and oversee technology infrastructure, operational processes, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management division.
- Ensure efficient and secure delivery of wealth management services, enhance client experiences, and drive departmental growth and profitability.
Major Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for wealth management technology and operations.
- Align department goals with overall bank objectives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technology and operational initiatives support business growth.
Technology Management:
- Oversee implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of technology systems.
- Ensure efficiency, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Innovation:
- Evaluate emerging technologies, make recommendations for investments to improve efficiency and client experience.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish and maintain effective operational processes to optimize workflow and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement.
Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement risk management practices to mitigate operational risks.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
- Operate independently, making strategic decisions impacting core capabilities.

Requirements: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Significant experience leading technical and operational teams.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Understanding of profit and expense drivers in wealth management.
- Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong managerial and change management skills.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
