Your opportunity:
As a Systems Analyst Senior you will formulate and define system scope and objectives of a high technical level based on user needs. This includes devising and modifying procedures and preparing detailed specifications to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. In addition, the senior analyst will analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. This person will act as project leader for projects with small to large budgets or duration.
What you’ll be doing:

Assist internal customers in trouble shooting system issues or questions.

Act as a primary resource for large and complex solution design; can dig into and troubleshoot complex problems, investigates and assists with the implementation of new technologies.

Document business processes and create and comprehend complex technical specifications.
-
Meet with users, project leaders, and management to discuss and plan guidelines and criteria for documentation of a system, program, project plan, and timelines.

Create effective documents that are clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.

Create solution document and describe/sell chosen solution.
-
Train end users on processes and transactions.
-
Develop training documentation and content for software platforms.
-
Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs.
-
Identify solution to a problem and test solution against all aspects of problem as stated.

Develop detailed test plan and perform testing on a large variety of tasks in multiple areas.
-
Understand the root-cause of complex problems, research, and propose possible solutions both in scope of Greenheck systems and other available technology.

Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex to moderately complex information systems.

Create moderately complex, to complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc.

Determine best application platform for a requested solution.

Manage tasks assigned and provide estimated time of completion.

Work independently on a variety of tasks in multiple areas within the same sprint.

Manage and provide functional guidance on medium to large-sized projects within their area of expertise.

Establish project priorities and deadlines.
-
Offer constructive feedback and ideas for improvements in processes, systems, and areas of a technical nature.

May provide mentoring for other employees.

Meet with users, project leaders and management to discuss and plan guidelines and criteria for documentation of a system, program, project plan, and timelines.
What you should have:

4-8 years of relevant work experience

4-8 years in IT or Accounting
-
Bachelor’s Degree i (preferred)
