Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office and uphold the high standards of reliable customer service.
- Answer calls, speak enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively, take messages, research customer information and have the ability to keep information confidential
- Receptionist tasks, data entry, independent work and provide direct assistance to Office Manager. Manage routine duties including;
- Maintain files and logs, process renewals, invoicing, and sales and take payments from clients,
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Taking Insurance Payments Online and In person
- Provide account and policy information
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to resolve complex tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
