Previous work experience will be taken into account but it is not a requirement! We're looking for great personalities with good character, strong work ethic, and positive attitudes. If you have that, we can teach you the rest!
As a Line Cook, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, plate and finish all food items according to Crimson Coward standards.
- Comply with all food safety requirements such as checking and maintaining temperature, dating and labeling products, and ensuring freshness.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, burners, and refrigeration equipment.
- Handle, store and rotate all products properly.
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Complete side work for station and shift.
- Be able to close, clean and re-stock kitchen during PM closing shifts.
- Perform ongoing tasks as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
- You must be able to work morning and night shifts.

- Experience is taken into account but we will make exceptions for particular individuals demonstrating a high level of passion, commitment and integrity.
- Must be able to work in an environment that is often hot, noisy, and busy.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Must be able to work at least some nights and weekends.
- Must either have or be able to secure a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
