Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office tasks.
- Administrative tasks: Answering calls, writing memos, errands, and preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Scheduling: Managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, and booking all travel arrangements.
- Communication: Representing the CEO in emails, calls, and meetings, and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
- Office management: Performing office operations and facilities duties, and training and supervising other office staff.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Project management: Strategic planning, marketing, and budgeting.
Skills:
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Familiarity with file management systems
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is a must
- Must have a license
