Location: Chicago, IL 60601
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shift: 8am - 5pm CST (set schedule)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
Take high-volume inbound calls to assist customers
Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established time frames utilizing current reference materials and available resources.
Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up.
Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times.
Provide top-level Customer Service!
Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Skills/Experience:
0-2 years of experience working in a call center or similar customer service experience preferred.
Working knowledge of computers.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Education required: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
