As a Jr. New Business Representative , you will be prospecting and closing new commercial cleaning contracts. Your main goal is to aggressively scour the front range looking for variety of contracts. This role is for the person who has limited experience hunting new business in commercial building markets. (Roofing, painters, exterminators, landscaping, and of course cleaning). You will work with the utmost ethics to understand customer needs, communicate why Iconiclean is the best partner, close the contract and move on to the next one. This position is all about volume. Activity is the name of the game in this role. Your success will be rewarded well with no caps on commissions. Below is an overview of your responsibilities for the position.
Knowledge
