If you have a passion for retail and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. - Manage store inventory by processing orders, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. - Utilize computer literacy to navigate our point-of-sale system and perform tasks efficiently. - Manage the front desk by coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and maintaining a professional demeanor. - Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails with a high level of professionalism. - Support the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, providing product information, and making recommendations. - Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other administrative tools. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical receptionist tasks and assist with managing appointments and patient records when necessary. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably with experience in a medical receptionist environment. - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. - Proficiency in QuickBooks and other administrative software. - Strong computer literacy and experience with phone systems. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. - A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
