Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Title homes in the correct entity and ensure proper tracking of titles across portfolio.

Manage and prepare Lease-to-Own Agreements for tenants across portfolio, including uploading to and setting up in our property management system (Manage America).
- Track home inventory in our property management system and ensure all home information is up to date.

Process personal property tax statements for all communities update contact information with county authorities as needed.

License communities and dealerships as needed, and track renewals for property managers’ licenses.

Work with regional managers and property managers to train on new processes and technology initiatives.
- Draft and process home purchase agreements and Lease-to-Own payoffs for tenants.
- Report to executive team on the above responsibilities.

Maintain records in a timely and organized manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include the following:

Education

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience
-
Real Estate experience preferred
- Knowledge/Skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to motivate and energize a team

Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point

Manage America experience a plus.

Understands and complies with all Fair Housing Laws and standards

Willingness to travel up to 10%
