Insurance Sales Agent Requirements
- Previous State Farm Insurance experience required.
- 1 plus year insurance sales experience required.
- Bilingual a plus
- More experience will be higher salary and commission
Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Develop insurance leads, schedule appointments, identify customer insurance needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.'
