Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functionality.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in computer literacy with expertise in Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support or receptionist roles is beneficial
