Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks efficiently, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Bi-Lingual a must.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide customer support to front desk receptionist.
- Utilize computer systems for organizing information and data entry
- Handles overflow of all incoming phone calls.
- Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook for a minimum 3 years experience.
- Customer Service - minimum 1 years experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
