We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team. This position can be performed remotely or in our office, providing flexibility for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently.
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist members with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
Resolve member complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Provide product and service information to new and existing members
Process member requests for account changes, upgrades, and cancellations
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Compensation Range: $50K - $60K
