As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of multiple key company executives and companies. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives' behalf.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate company records.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Managing the executives' calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Maintaining the safe keep of sensitive company documentation/information.
