We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, and providing support to the Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on staff performance, budget, and other matters.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
