**Job Overview:**
Join our team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial concepts to support our day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversite of subcontracted employees workflow
- Process weekly payroll to ensure timely employee payments
- Complete positive pay to banking for A/P and Payroll payment
- Manage month end closing to ensure timely and accurate financial records
- Oversees and cross-train accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll
- Branch Manager's right-hand person to assist in day to day needs
- Implement process and procedures to minimize duplicate work, best practices
- Understand business Key Performance Indicators and helping drive results via reports
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 5 plus years in Management
- Familiarity with financial concepts and principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
