Responsibilities:
- Facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions, fostering new business opportunities and referral sources
- Property and Market analysis
- Negotiating contracts and closings
- Energetic marketing of listed commercial properties
- Communication with potential sellers/buyers/clients
- Conduct showings of investment properties
- Team leadership capability
- Supporting the development of a team
- Attending networking and industry events
