Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to generate sales through reigniting conversations and business with previous customers. The rep will train and begin working alongside a high-performing sales representative with a massive book of customers. They must be confident in both their selling capabilities and the products they are selling. Training will be unique, thorough, and focused. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work and flourish in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. These responsibilities are performed by phone and through email pathways.
Job Requirements:
● Must have at least 2 years of inside sales experience
● Must be proficient in sales techniques and how to engage customers
● Must understand and model closing techniques in the sales process
● Must have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office products
● Must be comfortable with technology, such as, working in a computer environment and using a CRM
● Must possess good oral and written communication skills
● Must be experienced with outbound phone sales
● Must possess good administration skills, knowing how to multitask
● Must understand the value of reporting
● Knowledge of Customer Service principles
