We are seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching VPK and in early education. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences
Requirements:
- CDA or willing to earn a sponsored CDA, or Staff Credential or AA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young students
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus
