The Laboratory Services Bureau is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Administrative Aide vacancy. The primary duties are coordinating and completing court discovery, public record redactions, building maintenance and cleaning coordination, receiving of goods (inventory and distribution), and providing services in support of the Laboratory Services Bureau.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Retrieving and distributing mail and subpoenas.
- Filing documents both physically and digitally.
- Ordering office and laboratory supplies.
- Serve as backup for front desk coverage and public interfacing through walk-up and phone contacts (assisting both internal and external customers, answering routine questions, and directing inquiries to the proper personnel).
