Seaver Properties is looking for a highly detailed Property Management Assistant with experience in QuickBooks, lease management, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lease administration
- Manage Excel spreadsheets
- Resolve tenant issues
- Schedule property repairs
- QuickBooks
- Generate weekly rental reports
- Process invoices
