Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist, to join our team. As the IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company and ensuring the smooth operation of various IT-related functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Maintenance of network equipment such as servers, firewalls, networks, connections (internal network,
external network).
2) Troubleshooting computer and related equipment in an office and manufacturing setting.
3) IT infrastructure management:
- PC, printer, NAS, major data backup management, etc.
4) ERP ACE maintenance (familiarize with basic usage, contact Korean IT team in case of modification/development)
5) GSPMS maintenance (familiarize with basic usage, contact Korean IT team in case of
modification/development):
- A system with functions equivalent to MES (including logistics tracking system, etc.)
- Additional development of American corporations (identification of logistics status, etc.) is
also included here.
6) SH System Maintenance (Know basic usage instructions, contact IT team in case of
modification/development):
- SFMS: CAP ASSY line material input program
- FMSERP: CAP ASSY line performance ERP transmission program
- SQMS: Quality team measurement equipment inspection record linkage and report output
program
6) CAP ASSY LINE FMS system maintenance:
- Maintenance of an environment where work can be done remotely in Korea (Daelim ENG, IT
team, etc. need to be connected)
Experience and Education:
- Prefer a minimum of five years troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Server hardware.
- Prefer previous experience in manufacturing environment.
- Use of logistics tracking systems.
- Use of Erp Systems.
- Data integration
- Backup process and procedures.
- Use of software and hardware related to quality measuring requirements.
- Routine maintenance of computer equipment.
- Software installation on individual user accounts as well as across network.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Associates Degree in Computer Science/related discipline, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 25 lbs. routinely during shift.
- Alternating sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Use of computer hardware and monitor(s) for prolong periods of time.
- Alternating standing, walking, bending, opening and closing of file cabinets.
- Use of hand tools and equipment designed to build or repair computer hardware and equipment.
