Customer Service Manager - Employment Services Company

Cardinal Services in St Helens, Oregon is currently seeking to add a Customer Service Manager to its dynamic team within our Hiring Division. We are only as good as our team members and we strive to ensure that we have the best possible people to build relationships and deliver our services.
You'll be engaged in a variety of duties as one of our outstanding and important front-line staff! Along with helping our clients find the best possible people to ensure their business success, you'll be engaged in recruiting, candidate screening, community outreach, inter-departmental support teams, and much, much more! Qualifications & Experience:
- Our ideal candidate will have a very strong understanding of the work it takes to build and maintain client relationships to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Prior experience/background working in human resources would be a plus.
- We expect excellent communication and customer service skills acquired from on-the-ground, front-line experience.
- Must be highly proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite, phone interviewing skills, problem-solving, and a "customer-first" attitude.
Job Details
- Full-Time: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Starting Salary: $16.00+ per hour, depending upon experience.
- Full benefits package after 90 days: Health/Dental/Vision, paid time off, 401k plan, employer wellness plan contribution, company clothing allotment, and education benefits.
