Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist at our Full Service Pool Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle administrative tasks, manage data entry, and provide support to our team and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer information, service records, and inventory data into our database.
- Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on service requests.
- Monitor and manage office and service supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.31 - $25.85 per hour
