Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pain management, health coaching, and senior care, with knowledge in various medical specialties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals across the lifespan
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategies
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in diverse clinical settings such as pediatrics, critical care, infectious disease care, geriatrics, and medical offices
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong understanding of physiology and pathophysiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
