Requirements:
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
Perform all transactional duties to assist the Director of Business Operations and company executives.
Exceptional oral and written communication
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft applications
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Confidential Information Handling
A healthcare background is a plus but not required.
