Operations Supervisor – Last Mile Rental
The Operations Supervisor shares our commitment for best-in-class customer service for our Last Mile Rental Clients. This person is responsible for engaging with leadership and executing on the rapid growth of new and existing locations to support Armada in large regions expanding multiple states and clients. Additionally, they are responsible to align their local teams in the field.
Southeast US Locations preferred (North/South Carolina, Georgia, Florida)
Responsibilities & Duties
Hire, coach, train, and support their field team (15-20 Contract and FTE team members)

Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning to deliver superior client service, solidify client relationships and maximize employee engagement. Coach, challenge, motivate and proactively manage all team members to deliver best in class service.

Responsible for the training, development, implementation, and management of team and individual Goals & Objectives that are aligned with the BSC goals of the organization.

Ensure first class client experience through frequent contact with the customers- keeping them informed and receiving feedback.

Build and maintain relationship with client decision makers and operations leaders.

Develop business plans with each location that outline volume, growth objectives, specific targets, and focus areas.

Partner with vehicle maintenance and repair partners to satisfy current and on-going needs to maintain a safe and reliable fleet.

Provide leadership updates on vehicle health, customer sentiment, operational deficiencies, utilization, and risk management.

Work cross functionally with multiple internal teams to increase efficiencies and achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.

2-4 years managing fleet operations and personnel with an understanding in business growth, profit, and customer service.

3-5 years customer service or client account management experience in a B2B service environment

Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to drive and be on your feet up to 8 hrs

Availability on weekends and some holidays

Demonstrated ability to function as a contributing team member. Professional interaction with clients, partners and internal employees

Strong financial acumen and demonstrated practical analytical proficiency and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in support of various teams or groups.

Effective at prioritizing and organizing work for maximum efficiency.

Able to identify high priority tasks and escalate when appropriate.

Ability to build and maintain a solid working knowledge of Element internal systems.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Detail oriented.
