Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales
- Process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions
