Do you delight in taking unstructured data collected from an array of sources and converting it into insights that uncover and inform strategies for stakeholders? You will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide insights and recommendations that will be used for issue resolution, decision support, measurement standards, and communications. In this role, you will frequently interact with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and requirements to propose strategies or solutions to accomplish objectives.
This position can be worked remotely within the U.S.
What you'll be responsible for:

Uses text analysis tools to convert unstructured data into actionable feedback.

Analyzes business problems building on hypothesis generation and other qualitative and quantitative methods.

Performs analysis on unstructured data sources to assess quality and meaning of the data.

Conducts sentiment analysis.

Builds and applies dictionaries to automate text analysis.
-
Uses text analysis tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to provide helpful insights for the stakeholder.

Prepares reports for stakeholder stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Prepares final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Builds and executes studies for internal and external clients.

May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing text from unstructured data.

Experience with text analysis software that utilizes NLP (Natural Language Processing).
What would be nice for you to have:

Proficiency in text analysis tools.

Proven working experience in unstructured data analysis.

Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.

Experience with Qualtrics XM.
-
Knowledge of Qualtrics TextiQ.

Having a Qualtrics Certification such as Platform Essentials, Fundamentals or Core XM Expert Certification Journeys.

Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS or PolyAnalyst to be used for data set analyzing.

Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of data visualization software.

Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.

Team-working skills.

Able to handle confidential information.

Moderate knowledge of the financial industry.
