Responsibilities:
- Execute retail merchandising tasks, including but not limited to planogram maintenance, display setups, and product rotation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Ensure products are displayed appropriately and in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with store remodeling projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of visual design principles is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Familiarity with retail sales principles and practices.
