Paymaster in Boynton Beach is looking for a Payroll Data Entry Clerk -
This Role will be fully Remote - $19/hr ( might have some flex)
Ideally looking for UKG Payroll Software experience, but is open to others.
Accurately keys all payroll-related data necessary to process multi client, multi state payroll and ensure completion of schedules timely. Provides quality client support to maintain a high rate of client retention. Researches and resolves client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a positive quality service. Job contains high volume calls to and from clients. Understanding of employee related documents and processes. Enters all new hires, terminates employees and maintains employees earnings and deductions which includes direct deposit, health insurance, levy, 401 k, child support/garnishments, W-4 form, and workers' compensation. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 3 years of office experience with a proven facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required. Payroll experience is MUST. Any prior experience with Kronos is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management. Detail oriented professional and Self motivated. Above average proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail, Chrome/Gmail, SalesForce. General office equipment (fax, copiers, scanners).
