As a Project Manager in the Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will drive and support the delivery of large and complex technology initiatives and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects focused on the roll out and customization of end user technology that impact users across CG, inclusive of delivery and change management. Examples of past projects include Associate Work Experience strategy and execution, MS Teams roll out, MS Copilot roll out, Mobile Communication Capture, and End User Tools Rationalization strategy and execution. You will partner with Business and Technology Leadership to leverage technology to connect with our clients and partners, operate smartly, and increase associate engagement. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, appropriate executive support exists, work is properly sequenced and prioritized, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. In addition, your ability to partner with business leaders will ensure the end user experience is factored into the change management strategy.

Experience with a wide variety of collaboration tools, i.e. Microsoft Suite, Google, and Webex is preferred
You’ve had previous success with project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management, change management), and can apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
