Mosaic Management is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician.
Mosaic Management, a management company based in Salem, Oregon, is hiring a Help Desk Support Technician to join our team. Mosaic is growing quickly, and there is much room for growth within the company. We are looking for a full-time employee who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The Help Desk Support Technician will provide technical support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues in Office 365 and Windows environments. This job requires someone who can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service across multiple locations.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Help Desk Support, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Support users in Office 365 and Windows environments.
- Administer and support Office 365 applications, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs.
- Support multiple end users across multiple locations, providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role (depending on skill level).
- Experience with Office 365 administration, Windows OS, and Windows Active Directory.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting multiple end users across multiple locations.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- No degree required.
